There are many resources available to help detect, prevent, and report fraud. Here are a few of the most helpful!

State of Connecticut Attorney General’s Office – you can report fraud, a data breach, or get resources from the Elder Justice hotline. 

Department of Consumer Protection  - find information about a few common scams and information for some of our great partner organizations that are working to make sure you have the information you need to avoid trouble in today's marketplace.

Identity Theft Site  from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) - Contains Q&A and resources for victims.

Fraud.Org - Contains information on fighting fraud as well as telemarketing fraud and information on how to get your name off mailing lists.

National Do Not Call Registry - The National Do Not Call Registry gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls. Sign up today!
