To apply for a cannabis establishment license, you must create a business account in eLicense. The eLicense business account that you create should be for the business that is applying for the lottery because the right to apply for a provisional license is nontransferable.
All individuals that are identified as backers associated with your cannabis establishment application must also complete a backer application before the close of the application window to ensure they are considered as part of the application.
