What cannabis establishments can deliver cannabis and cannabis products to consumers?

Micro-cultivators, dispensary facilities, hybrid retailers and retailers may deliver their own products or use a delivery service to deliver cannabis and cannabis products to consumers, qualifying patients and caregivers. Once there are five licensed delivery services operating in the state, these establishments may no longer delivery their own products and must us a delivery service to deliver cannabis and cannabis products to consumers, qualifying patients and caregivers.

To deliver cannabis products, a licensee must comply with the requirements outlined in Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 420h as well as the Department’s policies and procedures
