CFA is Online

New for 2020 is the online registration system. 

Go to the CFA Online Learning Website: https://ctlms-cfa.ct.gov/ to view the course catalog

To enroll online using a credit card, debit card or paypal:

Step 1: Peruse the catalog and enroll in your classes (see how to video to find your classes.)
Step 2: Fill out and submit the form 2020 Connecticut Fire Academy Courses Application.
Step 3: You will be notified of the acceptance/rejection of the above form within 3 business days upon receipt of the completed application.
Step 4: Once accepted you will receive an email confirming your class enrollment with details.

To enroll using a purchase order (PO)/Host Seat:
Step 1: Peruse the catalog and note your class choices. DO NOT ENROLL
Step 2: Fill out and submit the form 2020 Connecticut Fire Academy Courses Application.

Note: PO's must contain the purchase order number.

Step 3: You will be notified of the acceptance/rejection of the above form within 3 business days upon receipt of the completed application.

Remember that some courses fill up quickly, especially Fire Service Instructor and Fire officer courses, so sign up soon to reserve your spot.  Plan your training for the upcoming year!

Also, note that the courses shown on the calendar only represent some of the course offerings from CFA.  As always, contact a Program Manager to schedule training for your department.
