What are the current rules on gatherings?
Starting October 8, the Phase 3 rules on gatherings will be as follows:

Note: Executive Order No. 9G will allow executives of certain municipalities to revert to the more restrictive "Phase 2" rules for businesses and gatherings if those towns are presenting a high COVID infection rate (as identified by the CT Department of Public Health).
