The meeting was called to order at 12:35 p.m. by State's Attorney Michael A. Gailor.

MINUTES
A motion to accept the minutes from the January 2024 meeting was made by State's Attorney Narducci and was seconded by State's Attorney Mahoney. It passed unanimously.
MANAGEMENT
State's Attorney Corradino had nothing to report, as he has been on trial for the last two months. Deputy Chief State's Attorney Russotto reported that the recently approved supervisors manual was in the process of being printed, and would soon be disseminated.
OPERATIONS
Nothing to report.
PEER REVIEW UPDATE
Deputy Chief State's Attorney Russotto reported that in 2024, the following are up for biennial review: Chief State's Attorney Griffin; Deputy Chief State's Attorneys Russotto and Lawlor; and State's Attorneys Doyle, Ferencek, Watson, Applegate, Shannon, Kelley and Platt. Deputy Chief State's Attorney Russotto asked that letters, strategic plans and supporting documentation be submitted by March 15, 2024. Interviews are scheduled to be completed by the end of June 2024.
POTENTIAL CONFLICTS
State's Attorney Applegate reported a potential conflict in the Danbury Judicial District and State's Attorney Shannon offered to handle the case from this point on.
OTHER BUSINESS
The following Advisory Board officers for 2024 were elected: President: State's Attorney Kelley; Vice President: State's Attorney Ferencek; Secretary: State's Attorney Corradino.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 12:55 p.m. by State's Attorney Platt and was seconded by State's Attorney Ferencek. It passed unanimously. The meeting was then adjourned.
