MINUTES
The meeting was called to order at 12:35 p.m.
Present were: Chief State's Attorney Patrick J. Griffin, Deputy Chief State’s Attorney of Operations Kevin D. Lawlor, Deputy Chief State’s Attorney of Administration, Personnel and Finance John J. Russotto, Deputy Chief State’s Attorney, Inspector General Robert J. Devlin, Jr., State’s Attorneys Margaret E. Kelley (Ansonia/Milford), David R. Applegate (Danbury), Joseph T. Corradino, (Fairfield), Sharmese L. Walcott (Hartford), David R. Shannon (Litchfield), Michael A. Gailor (Middlesex), Christian M. Watson (New Britain), John P. Doyle, Jr. (New Haven), Paul J. MINUTES
A motion to accept the minutes from the March 8, 2023 meeting was made by State's Attorney Kelley and seconded by State's Attorney Ferencek. It passed unanimously.
MANAGEMENT
Deputy Chief State's Attorney Russotto reported that a training seminar for supervisory attorneys within the Division will be held on May 5, 2023 at the Office of the Chief State’s Attorney. State’s Attorneys are invited to attend. State's Attorney Corradino expressed his satisfaction with the recent State's Attorney's retreat, stating that it was very helpful.
OPERATIONS
State's Attorney Platt indicated that committee members did not meet during the past month due to other March meetings.
PEER REVIEW UPDATE
Deputy Chief State's Attorney Russotto reported that the process for State's Attorneys subject to biennial review was underway and on track. State's Attorney Gailor indicated that the Advisory Board met recently to discuss Deputy Chief State's Attorney Russotto’s review, and that it is currently being drafted.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 12:47 p.m. by State's Attorney Mahoney. It was seconded by Deputy Chief State's Attorney Russotto.
