Minutes of the Meeting of July 11, 2022

The meeting was called to order at 12:33 p.m. by President Anne Mahoney

Corradino (Fairfield); Sharmese Walcott (Hartford); Christian Watson (New Britain); Jack Doyle (New Haven); Paul Narducci (New London); Paul J. Ferencek (Stamford/Norwalk); Maureen T. Platt (Waterbury); Anne F. Mahoney (Windham); Executive Assistant State’s Attorneys Gail Hardy and Brett Salafia; Legislative Liaison Melanie Dykas; Criminal Justice Commission Member Scott Murphy (telephone) and Director of Communications Alaine Griffin.

MINUTES

A motion to accept the minutes from the June 6, 2022 meeting was made by SA Platt and seconded by SA Ferencek. It passed unanimously.

MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

There was no report.

OPERATIONS COMMITTEE

SA Platt reported for the Operations Committee as to polices with respect to Body Worn Cameras and Brady/Giglio materials.  Policies were distributed for discussion and vote at the State’s Attorney’s meeting to follow.

There was no report.
