Fritz Jellinghaus, Chairman
As a consultant, senior executive and board member, Fritz Jellinghaus has had a 40-year career fundraising for leading arts, cultural and educational organizations, as well as advising major corporations on corporate social responsibility and cultural marketing. Jellinghaus is currently Vice President of Development at Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts in Old Lyme. Prior to joining the College, he was Director of Leadership Giving at Stepping Stones Museum for Children in Norwalk. He was te founder and president of several consulting businesses, including Jellinghaus & Associates, Inc., a New York City and Chester, Connecticut, marketing/fundraising consulting firm that developed and promoted alliances between business and cultural/educational organizations. He is President Emeritus of the Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County and a member of the steering committee to establish the Southeastern Connecticut Cultural Coalition. In the late 80’s and early 90’s, he was a three-term appointee of the Connecticut Speaker of the House to the state Commission on the Arts. He has been a board member of the International Festival of Arts & Ideas, the Aldrich Museum of Contemporary Art, the Science Center of Connecticut, the Palm Beach County Cultural Task Force, and the and the Westport Arts Center.

Min Jung Kim
Min Jung Kim is the Executive Director of the New Britain Museum of American Art.  She joined the New Britain Museum of American Art on November 2, 2015, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the art museum field. Most recently, Kim served as Deputy Director for External Relations of the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum (pronounced Brōde) of Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan (Broad MSU), a new museum of contemporary art known for its building designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid. Kim joined Broad MSU in 2011, 18 months prior to the completion of the Zaha Hadid-designed building, and provided strategic planning and management of the day-to-day operations of the museum including building the staff (which now numbers over 50) and setting up the operational infrastructure of the new museum. She was subsequently appointed as the museum’s first Deputy Director by Michael Rush, the Founding Director of the Broad MSU. Previously, Kim worked at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation, New York for more than 12 years, focusing on a variety of international alliances and collaborative initiatives. As Program Director of Content Alliances, Kim helped establish the partnership among the Guggenheim, the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia, and the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna, Austria. As Director of Strategic Development for Asia, she expanded the Guggenheim’s presence in Asia through a series of exhibition and program exchanges. As part of the Guggenheim’s development of a master plan for a new Cultural District on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, Kim project-directed the preliminary conceptual design phase for three cultural institutions with different architects: the Louvre Abu Dhabi with Jean Nouvel; the Abu Dhabi Performing Arts Center with Zaha Hadid; and the Abu Dhabi Performing Arts Center with Tadao Ando. Between her time at the Guggenheim and the Broad MSU, Kim was Managing Director, Exhibitions and Programming at the Global Cultural Asset Management Group in New York —an initiative founded by Thomas Krens, Director Emeritus of the Guggenheim – to develop new museums, collections and operating programs primarily in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Kim has an M.A. in Art History from the Courtauld Institute of Art, University of London, where she specialized in Contemporary art. She holds a B.A. in Art History from Wheaton College, Norton, MA. Kim also attended the Getty Museum Leadership Institute, Claremont, CA.

Helen Klisser During
Helen Klisser During shares her passion, insight and comprehensive understanding of the art world with clients by providing introductions, connections and direct access to major artists' studios, new talent, leading galleries, museums, art fairs, auction houses and private collections globally.  She is an international consultant to Gibbs Farm (New Zealand) and The Hall Art Foundation (Massachusetts, Vermont, and Germany); and serves as International Ambassador for Auckland Art Gallery, Auckland University of Technology (New Zealand), The Aspen Institute Initiative (New Zealand), and UN Live: Museum for the United Nations (Denmark). Helen is a founding member of the Connecticut Arts Council, Chair of the Connecticut Artists Collection Advisory Committee, and the co-founder of #UNLOAD: Arts Trigger a Conversation, a statewide organization to promote conversation through the arts about gun violence prevention. In addition, Helen is an award-winning photojournalist who has taken on assignments worldwide, including for The United Nations in Africa, AmeriCares in South America, and Carma Foundation in Haiti. Helen is the still photographer for Gaylene Preston's 2016 documentary film "My Year with Helen," and her photographs have been published in a wide range of national and international publications.

Dr. Jack Stuart Rosenberg
Jack Stuart Rosenberg is a senior executive, entrepreneur and artist, with more than 30 years of senior executive management experience in business and the arts. As a studio artist, he tackles political, economic and socially important subjects, with representation by Denise Bibro Fine Art (Chelsea, NYC).  Jack is Principal of Foursquare Properties, LLC with offices in London, NYC, Connecticut and the Hamptons and, along with partner John Michael Murphy, has recreated dozens of once diminished or impaired residential and commercial properties with consistent returns in all market conditions and locations.  He is also an experienced art instructor with courses at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (NYC), Florence Academy of Art (Italy) and the Washington Art Association (CT).

Ted Yudain
Ted Yudain is a practicing attorney and actor. First appointed to the Connecticut Commission on the Arts in the late 1990’s, he served at various times as its treasurer and its vice-chair. After the commission’s merger with the commissions on tourism, history, culture and film, he served as chair of the Arts Committee, a post he continued until the committee’s replacement by the Connecticut Arts Council. He has served on the boards, and as president, of non-profit theater organizations, and currently chairs the board of a non-profit theatre in Stamford. He resides in Stamford with his actress wife.

The Connecticut Arts Council Foundation

The Connecticut Arts Council manages a nonprofit foundation, the Connecticut Arts Council Foundation.  The Foundation can receive, solicit, contract for and collect funds (or any other things tangible or intangible) and disburse funds for purposes of fostering the creation, preservation and expansion of the arts in the state. The members of the Connecticut Arts Council serve as the board of directors of the Connecticut Arts Council Foundation. The Foundation relies on staff support from the Connecticut Office of the Arts.
