This registry is for informational purposes only. Parties using the information contained herein are solely responsible for verifying legal ownership and the validity of CERCs. CERCs may be subject to restrictions described in an applicable Trading Agreement and Order. Registration of CERCs is a separate process from approval of the use of CERCs through the permitting process to offset a particular increase in nonattainment pollutant emissions.
