The Connecticut Aquifer Protection Area Program Municipal Manual was developed as a tool for Aquifer Protection Agency Staff and Members to use to implement the program locally and to properly regulate Aquifer Protection Areas. The Manual provides guidance to Agencies to evaluate and make decisions about land use activities that threaten groundwater quality.
