Proposed Amendments to the Environmental Use Restriction Regulations – These are the 2019 proposed EURs submitted for public notice on September 27, 2019. The public notice process will last 45 days, during which formal comments may be submitted in writing through the eRegulations website (preferred method); or to Brian Thompson at DEEP, Bureau of Water Protection and Land Reuse, Remediation Division, 2nd Floor, 79 Elm Street, Hartford, Connecticut 06106-5127, and ending at 5:00pm on November 12, 2019.
