Connecticut Banking Commissioner Howard Pitkin Issues
a Summary Suspension Order to Mortgage Lenders Network

Connecticut State Banking Commissioner Howard F. Pitkin issued an Order of Summary Suspension to Mortgage Lenders Network USA, Inc. (MLN) today. The action is the result of an on-going investigation into the possible violations of the Connecticut General Statutes by MLN. This order calls for MLN’s first and second mortgage loan licensees to suspended subject to the outcome of a hearing conducted by the Department of Banking.
This order follows the issuance a Temporary Order to Cease and Desist on January 19, 2007. Please find the attachment containing the complete summary suspension order.
