Free Homeowners Mortgage Assistance Event October 22nd
at the Hartford Convention Center

Editors: Please add to your Daybooks, Community Calendars and Community Briefs this free event for homeowners in need of mortgage assistance. We are hoping to publicize this event widely and as soon as possible to get the word out to homeowners who may need the help.
A free, mortgage-assistance event for homeowners who need information or help with loan modifications, foreclosure prevention, state and federal assistance programs and other lending-related issues will be held Tuesday, October 22, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Connecticut Convention Center, Hartford, Connecticut. Free parking will be available for attendees at the Convention Center Garage.
Representatives from various mortgage lenders and loan servicing companies will be available to discuss each case personally. Among them are: Bank of America; CitiMortgage; Fannie Mae;
First Niagara Bank; HSBC National Bank USA; JPMorgan Chase & Co.; McCue Mortgage; Ocwen Loan Servicing; PNC Mortgage; U.S. Bank Home Mortgage; Webster Bank and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. HUD-approved housing counseling agencies, the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, Judicial Branch Mediation and other state and non-profit agencies will provide additional assistance to homeowners.

Be sure to check the website periodically, as information on how to pre-register with your lender will be updated as the event draws closer.
