Free Homeowners Mortgage Assistance Event
May 30th at the Trumbull Mariott
Editors: Please add to your Daybooks, Community Calendars and Community Briefs this free event for homeowners in need of mortgage assistance. We are hoping to publicize this event widely and as soon as possible to get the word out to homeowners who may need the help.
A free, mortgage-assistance event for homeowners who need information or help with loan modifications, foreclosure prevention, state and federal assistance programs and other lending-related issues will be held Friday, May 30, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Trumbull Marriott, 180 Hawley Lane, Trumbull, Connecticut. Free parking is available.
Representatives from various mortgage lenders and loan servicing companies will be available to discuss each case personally. Among them are: Bank of America; Wells Fargo Home Mortgage; HSBC National Bank USA; Green Tree Servicing; Nationstar Mortgage; People’s United Bank; U.S. Bank Home Mortgage; Webster Bank and Fannie Mae. HUD-approved housing counseling agencies, the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, Judicial Branch Mediation and other state and non-profit agencies will provide additional assistance to homeowners.

Be sure to check the website periodically, as information will continue to be updated as the event draws closer.
