This teleconference will educate medical and behavioral healthcare providers (such as obstetricians, family practitioners, pediatricians, midwives, public health nurses, social workers, etc.) about perinatal depression and about the services of the perinatal depression consultation line. The talk will cover perinatal risk factors, screening and diagnostic questionnaires, barriers to patient care, medications and service referrals.
