OHCA Hearing Postponed Due to Weather

Hearing rescheduled for February 19th

Hartford — The Department of Public Health’s Office of Health Care Access (OHCA) today announced that tomorrow’s Certificate of Need hearing at the New Milford High School is postponed due to weather.

The hearing is rescheduled for February 19, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. at New Milford High School.

The hearing is in regard to the proposed termination of New Milford Hospital’s general acute care hospital license with the Connecticut Department of Public Health and operation of it under the Danbury Hospital’s current general acute care hospital license.
