The Connecticut Health Disparities Project, a cooperative agreement between the Connecticut Health Foundation and the Department of Public Health (DPH), will hold “Monitoring Health Disparities: Creating Data Collection Policies that Work.” This statewide meeting will highlight discussions about race and ethnicity as these concepts pertain to state data collection policies and federal standards, and will provide a forum to share the recently released DPH data collection policy. |
