DRS Job Opportunities

The Department of Revenue Services (DRS) – in concert with the state’s Department of Administrative Services – has posted three job opportunities that are open to the public, two Connecticut Careers Trainee (CCT) positions with target classes of Tax Corrections Examiner 1 and Revenue Agent 1; and one Accounting Careers Trainee (ACT) position with a target class of Revenue Examiner 1.

The postings close on May 17, 2019; recruitment will be used for future vacancies for up to one year.

In an effort to engage potential applicants and develop future candidate pools, the agency conducted a successful career event on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, at Middlesex Community College in Middletown. More than 70 attendees had the opportunity to visit with current DRS tax corrections examiners, revenue agents, revenue examiners, and human resources staff to learn more about the agency’s mission and work.
