ONLINE TAX FILING AVAILABLE TUESDAY, JANUARY 22

The State of Connecticut's online Taxpayer Service Center (TSC), a free and secure filing option, will begin accepting individual income tax returns electronically on Tuesday, January 22, 2019.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has previously announced it will launch the Modernized e-File Federal/State Filing (MeF) program on Monday, January 28, 2019.

The deadline to file a state income tax return in Connecticut this year is Monday, April 15, 2019.
