Overview
The Connecticut Medicaid Enterprise Technology System (CT METS) will modernize and streamline the information systems and business processes that support the HUSKY Health Program, the state’s combined Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program. Connecticut and all states are working toward achieving best practices in optimizing Medicaid information systems to meet federal requirements. This initiative will help the Department of Social Services (DSS) and enrolled providers and partners achieve improved member health outcomes, strengthen program integrity, upgrade business processes, and promote enhanced data sharing to advance the overall health and well-being of nearly one million Connecticut residents.
