February 11, 2014 |
The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on December 19, 2013, at 2:00 p.m., at which time the respondents appeared; however, the complainant failed to appear.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed for failure to prosecute.
2. The Commission admonishes the complainant for her failure to appear or to communicate with the Commission that she would not appear. Such failure to appear has caused the needless expenditure of scarce state resources by this Commission, as well an inconvenience to the respondents.
