The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on March 3, 2015, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared.  When the hearing was convened, the complainant and the respondents informed the Commission that they had reached an agreement settling the complaint.  Specifically, the parties agreed on the record as follows:  the respondents agreed to contact the Commission to arrange for an FOI Act training session to be conducted by the staff of the FOI Commission, and, in return, the plaintiff withdrew her complaint. 

     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

     1.  Based on the withdrawal of the complaint, the case is hereby dismissed.

     2.  The Commission commends the parties on having reached a non-litigated settlement in this matter.
