The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on November 17, 2014, and December 10, 2014, at which times the complainant and the respondents appeared and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.
By letter dated February 6, 2015, the complainant stated that he wished to withdraw his complaint in in this case. The Commission takes administrative notice of such withdrawal.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the withdrawal of the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is dismissed.
