2003 HIGH SCHOOL ESSAY CONTEST
TOPIC: How have the residents of the state of Connecticut benefited by the state freedom of information laws?
RULES: Essays must be typed and double-spaced, be at least 250 words but no more than 600 and post marked or emailed no later than March 1, 2003.
Essays should be mailed to the Connecticut Foundation for Open Government, PO Box 465,
Danbury, CT 06813 or emailed to publisher@lakevillejournal.com.
Winners will be announced by April 22, 2003.
