A regular meeting of the Freedom of Information Commission was held on April 23, 2014, in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. The meeting convened at 2:10 p.m. with the following Commissioners present:

The Commissioners unanimously voted to approve the minutes of the Commission’s regular meeting of April 9, 2014.

The Hearing Officer’s Report is amended as follows:
8. It is found that the complainant and the respondents have been engaged in a records request-and-response [dance] COLLOQUY for several years, relating to the complainant’s employment with the respondents. It is found that the complainant has made 35 requests for records from the respondents, and the respondents have provided many copies of records to her.
