Accounting and Reporting Guidelines

The Co-Chairs of the Steering Committee on State Sustainability have released the first edition draft of the Accounting and Reporting Guidelines for Executive Order 1. The goal of this document is to solidify the state's approaches to several policies and procedures left open by EO 1.

Version 1.0 is the only document available at this time. Future versions will be released with added or amended sections in order to remain up-to-date with the best practices related to the achievement of State Government’s environmental goals.

Providing Comment

The Co-Chairs are also seeking feedback from the Steering Committee and the public on additional questions to be addressed, as well as any feedback on the Proposed Approaches for each of the 11 topics in the Guidelines.

Written comments will help inform the chairs of the Steering Committee on State Sustainability of any additional areas to consider, policy recommendations, or other considerations that members of the public would like to share.
