WEDNESDAY: GOV. MALLOY ANNOUNCES LEGISLATION STRENGTHENING THE STATE'S ANTI-SMOKING LAWS
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Wednesday at noon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will hold a news conference in Hartford to announce the introduction of legislation strengthening the state's anti-smoking laws. He will be joined by Department of Public Health Commissioner Dr. Jewel Mullen, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services Commissioner Patricia Rehmer, Department of Revenue Services Commissioner Kevin B. Sullivan, a representative from the office of Senator Richard Blumenthal, representatives from the Hartford Police Department, state lawmakers and other officials.
