(HARTFORD, CT) - On Monday afternoon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will hold a news conference at the state Emergency Operations Center in Hartford, where he will announce a plan to protect Connecticut's utilities from potential cyberattacks. He will be joined by Public Utilities Regulatory Authority Chairman Arthur House, representatives of Connecticut's utility companies, and other state officials.
