(HARTFORD, CT) - On Wednesday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will hold a news conference at Union Station in Downtown Hartford to make an announcement concerning Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) in the State of Connecticut. Governor Malloy will be joined by State Department of Transportation Deputy Commissioner Anna Barry, Mayor Pedro E. Segarra, transportation advocates, and other state and local elected officials.
