(HARTFORD, CT) - On Monday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy and Department of Housing Commissioner Evonne Klein will hold a news conference to announce the launch of a new state low-interest loan program designed to help shoreline homeowners and businesses prepare for future severe weather and flooding. During the news conference, the Governor will provide details on how coastal property owners can now begin applying for the loans.
