Monday: Gov. Malloy Unveils PLan to Protect Long Island Sound

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Monday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will hold a news conference in Branford, where he will announce a legislative proposal to protect Long Island Sound. He will be joined by Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Commissioner Rob Klee, environmental activists, and other state and local officials.
