Tuesday: Gov. Malloy Gives Major Policy Address on Delivering a Second Chance Society for Connecticut
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday afternoon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will give a major public policy address at Yale Law School in New Haven about delivering a second chance society for residents. With historic drops in Connecticut's crime rate - currently at a 48-year low - and one of the largest decreases in violent and property crime of any state in the nation, Governor Malloy will announce new initiatives to create even safer communities and even more opportunities for economic and social success.
