Monday: Gov. Malloy Makes Second Chance Society Announcement in Hartford
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Monday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will make an announcement about a Second Chance Society initiative regarding youth crime prevention, as well as hold a roundtable discussion on the topic.
