Wednesday: Gov. Malloy Makes Announcement on Climate Change
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Wednesday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will commemorate Earth Day by making an announcement regarding his efforts to ensure that Connecticut remains a national leader in addressing climate change and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. He will be joined by Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Commissioner Rob Klee.

WHERE: Mortensen Riverfront Plaza; 300 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford
**NOTE: Parking is available at several nearby garages and on the street. The plaza, with scenic views of the Connecticut River, is accessible through the stairs near the Connecticut Science Center. A podium will be set up near the water. In case of rain, the event will be held in the sheltered Lower Stage Area of the plaza.
