Gov. Malloy and Lt. Gov. Wyman Statement on the Ninth Circuit Court Limiting the Scope of the Trump Administration's Travel Ban
(HARTFORD, CT) – Governor Dannel P. Malloy and Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman released the following statement after the Ninth Circuit Court narrowed the scope of the Trump administration’s travel ban:“In America, we believe that grandparents, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins are family, too. We believe that the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals came to a reasonable decision with respect to this issue. And we hope that the Supreme Court arrives at the same decision.”
