Juvenile Justice System Improvement
The juvenile justice system funding category supports juvenile justice system improvement through funds for programs, training and research. Included in this category are initiatives aimed at addressing the issue of minority overrepresentation in Connecticut's juvenile justice system. Juvenile Justice System Grant Awards for FY 2009/2010 As of April 2010, the JJAC has made awards to 4 agencies totaling $447,401 in the juvenile justice system category for fiscal year 2009/2010.
