Answer: Unfortunately all text under the Most Popular listing must be links. Any additional verbiage can be hyperlinked to another independent page.

Answer: The Agency Alert message that appears on every page of your website uses a text field, which do not allow for any styling or formatting.

Answer: You can apply any styling options the Rich Text Editor provides. It is not advisable to keep any styling pasted from other sources such as Word or a website so to maintain consistency.

Answer: Yes. Copy your content from Word, then open up the Rich Text Editor and select the Paste in Word icon.

You can navigate to a page and view the properties of it to see who created and last modified it.

1. Navigate to the page from the Content Editor.
2. Select the red icon at the top left of the screen, above the Save icon.
3. Select the Item Properties option.
4. Scroll down to Statistics to view the created and last modified dates and by who.

Answer: You can insert a table onto a page by launching the Rich Text Editor and selecting the Insert Table icon drop down and choosing the Table Wizard.

Answer: The ampersand cannot be added to the Link file name, but can be added to the actual Link Title that appears on the page. See how to create and edit the Most Popular Links.

Answer: In the Experience Editor, under the Presentation tab, you can see any items linking to an item by selecting "Associated Content".

In the Content Editor, it can be found under the "Navigate" tab, and by selecting the "Links" icon.

Two common reasons this alert message will display:

• Your permissions do not allow you to edit that page.
• If you recently submitted the page for Approval, it cannot be edited again until it has been approved or rejected by a Content Approver.

Answer: The Agency Alert field may not be configured or "connected" to your Agency Alert item. Please contact the CI Helpdesk to correct the configuration.

The Agency alert can be toggled on or off by checking or un-checking the "Enable" box on the alert itself, and then publishing it - it should never be deleted.

If the Alert item was deleted, please contact CI Helpdesk to request a new Alert item be added to your website.

Answer: If the individual you are showing the page to does not have a Sitecore account, you can publish the page, but don't create any links to it from other pages yet, so it would only be viewable by those who have the specific URL or search for it using the Agency Search.

If the material is too sensitive to risk public access before approval, your best bet is screen shotting the page.

Answer: You can view the path of a folder, page, image, document file by Previewing the page in Sitecore and hovering over the link, and noting the URL that appears in the bottom left of your browser window.

Answer: From the Experience Editor ribbon, select the "View" tab, and make sure the "Navigation Bar" box is checked. That will show the navigation bar. Once selected, it will always show up the next time you log into Sitecore unless you manually uncheck it.

Answer: When you get this message, it means you are selecting the item and viewing that component in Preview Mode, when it should be from your Agency title folder. When making any changes to items from the _resources > Agency Landing Page folder, be sure to select the Agency Title (i.e. DESPP) to Preview them with all components.
