Violence in the Workplace Procedures Policy

Governor Rell recently directed the Department of Public Works (DPW) to update their manual titled "Violence in the Workplace Policy and Procedures Manual for Human Resource Professionals."  With contributions from the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Mental Health & Addiction Services (DMHAS) and Public Safety (DPS), the manual has been completed.

The revised manual is available below and is intended to assist in both identifying and mitigating workplace violence situations.  It is recommended that the manual be posted to this website where it is easily accessible by all employees.
