Friday: Lt. Gov. Wyman Participates in Stand Down 2015 in Rocky Hill, Speaks at Women in Leadership Forum in Norwich
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Friday, Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman will join Department of Veterans' Affairs Commissioner Sean Connolly at Stand Down 2015. The event provides veterans with healthcare and support services, state and federal benefits information, and other resources. Several state agencies including the Department of Motor Vehicles and the Department of Social Services will also be in attendance.
Later, the Lt. Governor will join business leaders and local officials in Norwich for the Women in Leadership Forum. The panel discussion will highlight the importance of women's participation in business and government.
