The terms “marijuana” and “cannabis” are used interchangeably. Unless otherwise noted, on this website the term “cannabis” means cannabis in any form and stage of growth and includes all products made with marijuana. “Cannabis” means any product with THC. THC extracted from hemp is considered cannabis. The use, production, sale, and other aspects of cannabis are regulated by the cannabis legislation signed by Governor Lamont on June 22, 2021.
