CareerConneCT is for everyone. Whether you’re looking to get back into the workforce or get your first job, CareerConneCT offers reskilling and upskilling in:
Opportunities include short-term certificate training programs to job-seekers of all ages can earn industry-recognized credentials in as little as 5 to 12 weeks; and get connected to employers ready to hire you right away! YOU can earn a certificate or credential in the career path of your choice in half the time!
If eligible, all training programs are at no cost and provide supportive services such as childcare, transportation, and technology. Connecticut businesses need YOU. Your local American Job Center can connect you to CareerConneCT Training and many other employment resources.
A message about grant opportunities for training
Previously there were training grants awarded to education providers, community-based organizations and workforce boards. Funding for these grants is currently expired. Notifications will be sent through social media and other channels when new funding is available.
