CJIS Help Desk

Overview

The CJIS Help Desk was designed to provide effective support and resolutions to issues related to the CJIS Governing Board applications; the Connecticut Information Sharing System (CISS), the Connecticut Racial Profiling Prohibition Project (CTRP3), hosting services for the CT: Chief application, data analytics services and the hosting of other stakeholder SharePoint sites. Since its inception, the CJIS Help Desk strives to provide world-class support to end users, keeping customer satisfaction a top priority.
