Welcome to the Department of Administrative Services Bureau of Information Technology Solutions (DAS/BITS) Service Desk.

Our Service Desk is staffed Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. and can be reached by calling 860-622-2300. Emergency support is available during off-hours.
