There are no licensing requirements for selling jewelry, china, crystal, or bric-a-brac. The seller of used bedding and/or upholstered furniture is required to have a second-hand dealer's license and sterilization permit from the Bedding Unit of Consumer Protection, but authenticated pieces over 100 years old are exempt from this requirement.
