Guarantee
In general, any guarantee, however made, shall clearly and conspicuously disclose the nature and extent of the guarantee.
This includes:

what product or part of the product is guaranteed;

what characteristics or properties of the designated product or part are covered by, or excluded from, the guarantee;

the duration of the guarantee; and
-
requirements the consumer must fulfill in order issue a claim under the guarantee.
