21a-243-7(f) Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material, compound, mixture or preparation which contains any quantity of a substance having a psychotropic response primarily by agonist activity at cannabinoid-specific receptors affecting the central nervous system. Specific compounds include, but are not limited to:
