Under State law, dry cleaners must post their prices. Consumers may file complaints with the Department of Consumer Protection if prices are not posted.

This is a private association that will help mediate consumer complaints that can’t be resolved between the consumer and the business. Consumers can also pursue damage complaints through the small claims court system.
