Office of Small Business Affairs
The Office of Small Business Affairs coordinates local, state and federal resources available to Connecticut's small businesses.

Office of Brownfield Remediation and Development
Provides a “one stop” state resource for information on the programs and services available for brownfield redevelopment in Connecticut.

Office of Capital Projects
This office manages a wide variety of economic and community development projects, most notably those funded by the Small Town Economic Assistance Program (STEAP) and Urban Act Grant Program (administered through the Office of Policy and Management).

Office of Film, Television & Digital Media
The statewide contact for motion picture, television and digital media production and serves as liaison between production companies, state agencies, municipalities, production facilities, local crew and vendors. The office also administers several tax credit programs designed to incentivize the development of the industry in Connecticut.

Office of Finance and Administration
Plans, organizes and coordinates the fiscal and administrative functions that support the department's activities. One of the top priorities is developing and maintaining a technology-based management information system consistent with industry standards.

Office of Arts and Historic Preservation
Develops and strengthens the arts in Connecticut and makes artistic experiences widely available to residents and visitors as well as administering a range of federal and state programs that identify, register and protect the buildings, sites, structures, districts and objects that comprise Connecticut's cultural heritage.

Office of Tourism
Partners with the Connecticut business community and regional tourism partners to position the state as a prime destination for leisure and business travelers and encourages strategic investment.

Office of Financial Review and Compliance
Provides financial reviews of potential economic, community and housing development projects to be funded by the department, and is also responsible for compliance monitoring to assure adherence to audit statutes and regulations, and contractual obligations for activities funded by DECD.
