Include full name, title, affiliated arts organization and contact information. - Activity Description
Provide a brief description of the professional development activity you wish to undertake. Description should include specific information on service provider, date, location, and cost. (75-word maximum) - Proposed Impact
Describe how the professional development activity will help advance your career as an arts administrator. (200-word maximum)
Applicants are required to submit a copy of their resume and a letter of support from their affiliated arts organization (employer).
